Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Delivery Manager for onsite work in California to lead end-to-end supply chain execution for contracted projects, driving on-time shipments, aligning with contracts, and coordinating with Project Management, Sales, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes system governance (Anaplan/ERP), data integrity, and continuous improvement to reduce delivery variability and improve planning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–12+ years in supply chain, planning, or operations for manufacturing/projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain for complex projects.
• Strong planning system and ERP experience; Anaplan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain execution from handoff to fulfillment.
• Represent Supply Chain in handoff reviews and mitigate delivery risks.
• Ensure plans align with contractual commitments and visibility into risks.
• Maintain data integrity across planning systems and master data.
• Drive On-Time Shipment (OTS) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalation impacts on delivery timelines.
