Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Delivery Lead to support TEKsystems Global Services in Orlando, FL. This remote role collaborates with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within contract terms.

You will manage requirements, coordinate with engagement and solutions teams, and handle risk, budgeting, and change control. Strong communication and people management are essential, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language).
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Collaboration skills.
• People management skills.
• Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master.
• Exposure to professional services agreements, including the change management process.
• Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications.
• Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans & Aligns: Understands customer expectations and technical requirements for the work to be delivered.
• Customer Focus: Manages customer requirements to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Consultant Care: Builds strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Ensures Accountability: Conducts regular checkpoints with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams. Works independently with general supervision.
• Documentation: Documents and communicates processes and procedures to all stakeholders. Supports knowledge management and change control processes.
• Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
• Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios. Supports internal processes for time, expenses, and invoicing.
• Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected parties.
