Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services seeks a Delivery Lead to manage day-to-day operational delivery across multiple Government of Canada engagements. The role emphasizes onboarding and offboarding consultants, financial processing, invoicing, reporting, and strict contract compliance amid large data volumes.

The Delivery Lead collaborates with Sales, FSG, Front Office Back Office, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth account operations, consultant lifecycle management, and accurate financial processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
• Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Collaboration skills.
• People management skills.
• Experience in project management fundamentals or as an acting Scrum Master.
• Exposure to professional services agreements including change management.
• Exposure to IT Managed Services, project management classes, and other IT certifications.
• Demonstrated project risk analysis and mitigation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 1+ year experience in IT Environment or Professional Services Environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages Ambiguity: Collaborates with team members to manage risk, engagement scope, and deliver according to contract terms.
• Financial Reporting: Consolidates engagement status and budget information across portfolios; supports time, expenses, and invoicing.
• Risk/Issue Resolution: Manages issues and facilitates resolution, notifying all affected.
