AngloGold Ashanti North America is offering a 12-week Delivery Intern position across our U.S. operations.

The role focuses on supporting the Full Asset Potential Delivery program, with a core technical project owned from start to finish and a final presentation to technical leadership. The intern will learn project management fundamentals, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with site teams to accelerate timelines and improve interdependent KPIs.

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master's in mining-related field.
• Experience in open pit/underground mining or processing plants.
• Strong writing, reporting, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze datasets and present findings.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own a 12-week project from start to finish with final report and presentation.
• Coach sites to apply the full potential delivery playbook.
• Train sites on tools to track progress and estimate impacts.
• Develop solutions to accelerate timelines for delayed projects.
• Analyze impacts across KPIs to identify bottlenecks or leakage.
