Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of projects from initial planning through to completion in Florida. The role suits an organised and motivated professional who can manage competing priorities, build relationships and ensure projects are on time, within budget and to the required standard.

You will work with internal teams, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to define objectives, establish delivery plans and monitor progress,

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience managing projects in a structured environment.
Strong understanding of project governance, planning and reporting.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage projects from initiation to close-out.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities and ensure actions are completed.
Monitor progress against milestones, costs, quality standards and deliverables.
Identify, assess and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate meetings and project reviews, recording decisions and actions.
Build positive relationships with colleagues, partners and external suppliers.
Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learnt and applying best practice.
