Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking multiple Project Delivery Managers in the Florida region to lead teams in Energy Advisory and Power System Planning, driving successful project execution and staff development.

You will collaborate with managing directors and line leads to ensure excellence and alignment with company goals. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of leadership experience, strong communication, and solid PM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field, with 5 years of related experience.
• Previous leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex information to all levels.
• Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts.
• Ensure staffing levels and loadings meet project requirements and billable targets.
• Coordinate workload and communicate staffing needs to leaders and MDs.
• Lead and support project QA/QC efforts and ensure safety policies are followed.
