Job summary

EWI Recruitment is seeking a Site Civil Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure schemes. The role focuses on site-based coordination, programme monitoring and collaboration with project managers and technical teams.

You will manage projects from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safe delivery, on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience delivering civil engineering projects on-site or in project management roles.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver civil engineering and infrastructure works.
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety against programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and review programmes, risk registers and progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and maintain client communication.
• Identify and resolve technical, logistical and commercial issues.
• Promote health, safety, environment and quality culture across activities.
• Support cost control, change management and close-out of records.
