Job summary

• Experience in project scheduling or project controls.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach in diverse stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules.
• Track progress against milestones, baselines and dependencies.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project leads, contractors and suppliers.
• Identify slippage, resource constraints and risks, escalating as needed.
• Prepare schedule reports and performance information for meetings.
• Support short-term planning and look-ahead activities.
• Maintain records and version control for scheduling documents.
• Contribute to scheduling improvements and best practices.
