1898 & Co. is seeking multiple Project Delivery Managers in the Florida region to support growth within our Energy Advisory and Power System Planning departments.

You will lead a team of consultants and analysts, aligning with managing directors, and ensuring project excellence and staff development. In this high-impact role, you will recruit, develop, and retain high-performing staff, manage workload and budgets, and collaborate across lines to deliver integrated client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with leadership or management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to present complex information.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to a team of consultants and analysts and coordinate work assignments.
• Recruit, develop, train, and retain high-performing staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to reports.
• Promote Burns & McDonnell culture and 1898 & Co. traits among staff.
• Interpret and communicate organizational goals and policies to staff.
• Lead project QA/QC and ensure compliance with safety policies.
