Job summary

SAB/AB InBev is seeking a Delivery Productivity Manager to drive consistent service levels through effective POC execution and profitable delivery planning. You will coach teams, verify master data, and ensure SOPs are followed across routes and markets.

The role requires a Supply Chain or Logistics degree, 2 years in FMCG customer service, and a valid 08 driver's license. Strong MS Office and SAP experience are preferred to support performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-year tertiary degree/diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within FMCG Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Valid Code 08 Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drive a consistent service level by ensuring superior POC execution in the Delivery Process.
• Support cost-effective delivery modes and maintain quality in route execution and SOP adherence.
• Coordinate data accuracy and KPI tracking; collaborate across functions to improve performance.
• Ensure customer service processes are understood and followed; manage refusals and capacity planning.
