Job summary

Mixpanel seeks a Delivery Engineer III to own post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers, embedding Mixpanel into the customers’ data stack and enabling AI integrations. You will guide data architecture, collaborate across engineering, product, and marketing teams, and drive value through world-class onboarding experiences.

• Experience delivering post-sales onboarding for enterprise clients.
• Ability to consult with customers to define business goals and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, including data quality and tech-stack integration.
• Define business goals and metrics with pre-sales teams to guide data architecture.
• Collaborate with customers’ engineering, product, and marketing teams on onboarding and deployment.
• Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption, and change-management services.
• Build scalable data governance and data-trust practices across customer environments.
• Lead projects with timelines, scope management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with partners on data optimization and onboarding initiatives.
• Act as a technical sponsor for internal Mixpanel product/engineering priorities.
• Develop AI automation to scale customer data management.
• Advise on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
