Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver impactful data products.
• Shape Mixpanel's data culture by defining KPIs and driving data-driven decision making.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle: ingestion, modeling, governance, and reporting.
