Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer II to lead onboarding and data health for strategic clients, embedding Mixpanel into customers’ data stacks and delivering AI-driven integrations. You will guide customers through initial deployment, ensuring data trust and value realization across their product analytics initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with GTM teams, oversee complex projects, and consult on data architecture, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or technical project management.
• Strong consultative and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business goals into data architectures and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients and manage data quality.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to define goals and metrics guiding data architecture.
• Engage with engineering, product, and marketing to optimize deployments and data trust.
• Deliver technical services from data architecture consultations to adoption and change management.
• Create scalable data governance practices and data trust initiatives.
