Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer II to own onboarding, implementation, and data health for a portfolio of SMB and scaled accounts. You will work with CVAs to monitor data health, define outcomes, and ensure on-time delivery using standard playbooks and tech stacks.

You’ll collaborate with GTM teams, pre-sales, and customers to align on goals, implement analytics workflows, and apply AI tools to optimize outcomes and drive data trust across client environments.

Qualifications

• Requires technical, client-facing implementation or consulting experience.
• Ability to own onboarding and data-health engagements end-to-end.
• Comfort discussing data architecture, schemas, and API concepts.
• Familiar with SDKs, CDPs, and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, and data health for a portfolio of SMB and scaled accounts.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, data discrepancies, and configuration questions.
• Monitor data health and remediate issues with CVA guidance.
• Define outcomes and business impact with customers, manage timelines and scope.
• Run implementations using SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, reverse ETL, and warehouses.
