Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer II to lead post-sales onboarding and data health for strategic customers. You’ll embed Mixpanel in customers’ data stacks, deliver AI-enabled integrations, and drive value through a world-class onboarding experience.

Your project-management and analytics expertise will guide clients across the data ecosystem and ensure successful adoption of Mixpanel as a foundational analytics platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with data querying, modeling, and transforming across analytics platforms.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud, Redshift, or Azure.
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods like SDKs, CDPs, and Event Streaming.
• Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex client projects with diverse teams and timelines.
• Background in customer success, professional services, or technical project management.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients and optimize data quality and integration.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to define business goals and metrics guiding data architecture.
• Engage engineering, product, marketing teams for technical onboarding and deployments.
• Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption, and change-management insights.
• Apply modern data architecture practices to governance and data trust initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and risk while delivering outcomes.
• Coordinate with partners on data optimization and onboarding initiatives.
• Act as technical sponsor for internal Mixpanel product and engineering collaborations.
• Build AI automations to scale data management for customers.
• Consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
