Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer II to own post-sales onboarding and data health for customers, helping embed Mixpanel into customers’ data stacks and enabling AI integrations. You’ll manage onboarding, implementation, and data quality across SMB and scaled accounts, leveraging playbooks to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will collaborate with a Customer Value Architect to monitor data health, drive actionable improvements, and extend Mixpanel’s product capabilities through

Qualifications

• Experience implementing onboarding for B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to own technical projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, implementation, and data health for SMB and scaled accounts.
• Field and resolve technical issues from customers and drive proactive work.
• Monitor data health and remediate issues with your CVA.
• Define customer project outcomes with business impact.
