Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer III in Austin to own onboarding and data health for strategic customers, ensuring data trust as they embed Mixpanel into their data stack. You will drive AI-enabled workflows and consult across teams to deliver high-value, on-time deployments.

You will collaborate with GTM, engineering, and product teams, handling technical onboarding, data architecture, and governance while enabling customers to realize the platform’s full potential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data querying, modeling and transforming across data stacks.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and modern data tooling.
• Experience in customer-facing services or technical project management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients, improving data quality and tech stack integration.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to align goals and metrics guiding data architecture.
• Engage with client teams to optimize deployments and increase data trust.
• Deliver data architecture consultations and adoption/change management best practices.
• Lead data governance, optimization, and re-implementation projects as needed.
• Manage timelines and scope to ensure on-time delivery while handling issues.
• Coordinate with partners on data optimization and onboarding projects.
• Advise internally on product/engineering priorities from client feedback.
• Build AI automations to scale data management for customers.
• Consult on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
