Job summary

JASPER is seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Support at our Jessup, MD location. You will load, unload, and drive a 20-24’ box truck, ensuring safe and timely deliveries with excellent customer service.

Prerequisites include a DOT Medical Card and the ability to obtain the appropriate licensure. Experience with 20-24' box trucks is preferred, plus basic computer skills for daily operations and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. CDL is not required.
• Experience driving a 20-24' box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Job Overview

• Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.
• Assisting with branch warehouse support.
• MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS

The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person.

Schedule: 4 days per week. 10-hour shifts and hours may vary. No weekends. No overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required)
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required).
• Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting rate $23.00/hour.
