Job summary

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking a delivery driver to load, unload, and operate a 20-24' box truck from our Leavenworth, IN area branch. You will provide safe, timely deliveries with strong customer service while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role offers a 4-day schedule of 10-hour shifts, with no weekends or overnights. Training is provided and full benefits begin after 30 days. Join a long‑standing company renowned for its stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card.
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required). Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Job Overview

Duties Include:

• Loading, unloading, and driving a 20-24’ box truck.
• Safe and timely delivery to our customers with a high level of customer service.
• Following DOT rules and regulations.
• Conducting thorough daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintaining a clean, professional image of self and vehicle.
• Assisting with branch warehouse support.

The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated person. Schedule: 4 days per week. 10-hour shifts and hours may vary. No weekends. No overnight shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24' box truck, including a DOT Medical Card. (CDL is not required)
• Experience driving a 20-24-foot box truck (preferred but not required). Understanding of how to use a GPS.
• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting rate $19.75/hour.
• Multiple performance reviews within your first two years, which include the ability to receive multiple wage increases.
