Ideal candidates will hold a CDL Class A, have relevant driving experience, and be able to communicate in English. The position emphasizes safety, training, and customer service within a dynamic delivery environment.

Qualifications

• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Minimum age 21.
• CDL Class A with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Six months CDL experience or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom onboarding for new drivers.
• Train and mentor new drivers on company policies and monitor compliance.
• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Unload products from trailer and place in designated areas.
• Perform customer site visits to determine feasibility of delivery.
• Participate in safety team activities and post-accident ride-alongs.
• Complete all mandated trainings and assessments, including onboarding.
