Job summary

Carvana seeks Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the fastest-growing used-car retailer in the U.S. The role involves delivering vehicles to customers, loading and inspecting haulers, and completing paperwork with meticulous notes.

Eligible candidates must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Starting pay is $17/hr with growth to $19/hr based on performance and a structured merit program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Notary in local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
• State-specific license requirements may apply for certain markets.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana haulers; training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto/off haulers and inspect equipment for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork with thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Carvana’s driver qualification policy.
