Job summary

Carvana is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join the team. The role involves delivering vehicles, loading/unloading, processing paperwork, and maintaining safety and accurate records.

Shifts run 11am–9pm seven days a week, with training provided. Starting hourly rate is $19, with opportunities to increase to $21 through performance-based programs and periodic raises.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willing to obtain Notary within 90 days; state licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers and training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safeties.
• Complete customer paperwork with notes in the tracking system.
• Maintain a safe driving record in accordance with CMV policy.
