Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Michigan to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will engage customers, handle paperwork, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced experience.

Shifts run 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, and 7 days a week availability is required. Starting pay is $17/hr with growth opportunities up to $19/hr and merit-based increases every 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer-facing experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles and coordinate drop-off to customers.
• Assist customers and complete required paperwork with accuracy.
• Support and maintain the customer tracking system with clear notes.
