Carvana in Wyoming, MI (49519) is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver happiness in the car-buying process. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a willingness to work 11am–9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off.
• Notary within 90 days; state requirements for DMV/registration access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our haulers (training provided).
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and update the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per CMV policy.
