Job summary

Carvana in Wyoming, MI is seeking Customer Advocates to join a fast-growing team. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and carries an hourly starting rate of $18 with potential to rise to $20. Hours are 11am–9pm, with seven days a week availability and rotating days off.

Training covers safe vehicle delivery on our haulers, notary prep, and state-specific licensing where required. The position is on-site in Wyoming, MI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with the hauler and training provided
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler for safety
• Complete customer paperwork and add notes in the tracking system
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain a Notary within 90 days if required and meet state DMV/title access requirements
• Possess or obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within specified timelines
