Carvana in Flint, MI is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver happiness in the car-buying journey. With at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, you will engage customers, process paperwork, and support delivery and hauler operations.

Hours are 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, with 7-day rotation. Starting pay is $17/hr, with merit increases to $19/hr and a path for growth through the Careers Not Jobs program.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, loading/unloading).

Aufgaben

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers as required.
• Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with company policies.
