Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader in Jacksonville, FL to lead a team of frontline delivery drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. You will coach, develop and schedule drivers while coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires at least 2 years of frontline leadership, flexibility for early mornings and weekends, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to work early mornings; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely store deliveries.
• Respond to field customer calls and maintain 100% service.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse to meet customer needs.
• Coach drivers and monitor safety and productivity.
