Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-20 delivery drivers in a direct store delivery environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure 100% service levels.
• Ensure on-time store deliveries and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams.
• Coach and develop drivers to improve daily productivity.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct team meetings and training.
