Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right customer order with speed and courtesy.
• Map routes for efficient deliveries and monitor delivery performance.
• Track and analyze delivery service quality using the Delivery Management System.
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate effective solutions to customers.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect returned parts and cores for return to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet and report vehicle issues impacting delivery quality.
