Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a dispatcher.
• Experience supervising delivery drivers is a plus.

• Supervise delivery drivers, coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling local and regional deliveries.
• Advise Dispatch Supervisor on delivery and pickup matters.
• Prepare and direct deliveries and pick-ups for parts, service, and all branches.
• Dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries and inform sales associates of problems or changes.
• Maintain company vehicles.
• Manage delivery drivers by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees.
• Oversee 5S warehouse checklists and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Comply with federal and state vehicle law, regulations, and all company safety rules.
