Job summary

Temco Logistics seeks a detail‑oriented Operations Manager to support delivery and customer service teams. You’ll monitor daily operations, resolve service issues, and help optimize routing and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, manage driver and office schedules, and maintain supplies while ensuring high service standards. This role partners with 3PL locations and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have Transportation operations experience.
• Must have Routing and dispatching experience.
• Must have Warehouse management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Build, manage and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements.
