Job summary

RP3 Agency in Bethesda, MD seeks a Director of Delivery to orchestrate the agency's Delivery team, aligning Account Leadership, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Content to deliver high-impact work.

You will personally manage client projects from brief to delivery, optimize capacity and profitability, and build scalable ways of working. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency creative project management or delivery.
• Direct ownership of concurrent creative projects.
• Experience across integrated production, media, strategy, and creative.
• Ability to design simpler workflows and useful automation.
• Strong scoping, estimating, and resource planning.
• Excellent client and leadership communication.
• Hybrid work flexibility; Bethesda-based HQ; EST/CST considerations.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and lead the agency-wide Delivery.
• Own and improve intake, prioritization, and delivery reviews.
• Manage client work from brief to delivery with schedules in Scoro.
• Coordinate production handoffs, assets, and approvals.
• Develop the Delivery team and manage direct reports.
• Balance project workload with capacity planning and risk management.
• Protect profitability and forecast accuracy.
