Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Delivery Center Manager to oversee liquid product routing and dispatch across multiple markets. You will lead dispatchers and routing specialists, drive performance, and coach teams using the Raven system to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

You will work closely with the Region Director, support customer growth, and resolve delivery-related issues while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of prior management experience.
• Dispatch/logistics experience is strongly preferred; energy products experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads routing and dispatch for liquid products across multiple markets using Raven dispatch system.
• Manages dispatchers and routing specialists, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Resolves customer issues related to dispatch and delivery of petroleum products.
• Oversees safety, customer growth, and retention goals; conducts team meetings and coaching sessions.
• Collaborates with Credit and other departments on customer issues.
