Job summary

VideoAmp is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join the Professional Services team. You will own client onboarding, platform delivery, and ongoing support for measurement clients, partnering with Account Management and Solutions Engineering to ensure accurate configuration and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving in a remote-friendly setting across the US markets.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliverables.
• Comfort working with data platforms and ticketing systems like JIRA; understanding pixels, tags, and data mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and coordinate with Account Management to confirm scope and deliverables.
• Configure platform and manage data workflows; validate metadata mapping for client deliverables.
• Build and deliver platform dashboards and templated reporting decks in collaboration with Account Management.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets for onboarding and troubleshooting; assist with platform issues and data discrepancies.
• Support ongoing account activities such as office hours, quarterly reviews, and billing-related reporting.
