Job summary

Triade LLC is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple client initiatives. You will influence pre-sales, run delivery, and help build the team to execute engagements, with ownership of time, budget and promises.

Architects and consultants handle the technical work while you manage delivery outcomes. Professional English and Spanish are required, with experience in IT services and data projects.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in IT services or technology projects for external clients.
• Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data platforms and multiple tech stacks (Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Professional English and Spanish required; PMP/PSM/CSM/ITIL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and run delivery across client initiatives from pre-sales to post-delivery.
• Lead teams, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Maintain client relationships, report progress weekly, manage changes and escalations.
• Assist with hiring, staffing, and onboarding for project teams.
