Qualifications

• 2–3 years of skip tracing and collections experience.
• Experience using account management systems and skip tracing tools.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Research, verify, and update customer contact information to support delinquent account resolution.
• Contact customers and third parties to verify information and discuss status.
• Update account records with notes and follow-up actions.
• Prioritize work, follow workflows, and meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with collections, customer service, fraud, and operations teams.
