Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior skip tracing and collections experience.
• Experience with account management systems and skip tracing tools.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• High school graduate or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Research, verify, and update customer contact information using approved skip tracing tools.
• Contact customers and third parties to verify information and discuss payment arrangements.
• Document account activity accurately and maintain compliance with policies.
• Prioritize workload and meet daily productivity and service expectations.
• Collaborate with collections, customer service, fraud, and operations teams.
