Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve performance expectations for collection efforts according to goals and metrics.
• Provide cure plans and negotiate payment arrangements per policies.
• Disclose relevant account information professionally and accurately.
• Communicate with clients with professionalism and integrity, per compliance.
• Work accounts thoroughly following established procedures.
• Document all collection efforts in the system per policies.
• Follow call scripts documented in training and guidelines.
• Achieve acceptable call monitoring scores in call categories.
• Communicate with leaders about repossessions and related issues.
• Process payments, transactions, and workflows accurately.
• Complete required CBT courses timely.
