Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls to negotiate repayment for past-due accounts.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve delinquent activity.
• Update member and account information accurately and efficiently.
• Educate members on options to resolve delinquency and retain members.
• De-escalate tense situations with sound judgment and empathy.
• Learn and apply loss mitigation programs and services.
• Review records to resolve misapplied payments and crediting.
