Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of loss-mitigation, foreclosure, and Bankruptcy constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent real estate secured loans and determine next actions.
• Evaluate member finances to propose sustainable repayment arrangements.
• Process loan modifications, forbearance, and loss-mitigation options with required approvals.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Servicing, Legal, and investors to complete work.
• Document contacts, notices, and approvals accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain adherence to procedures and performance scorecard goals.
