You will contact delinquent accounts by phone or mail, analyze borrowers' financials, pursue collection actions, and maintain accurate records while complying with policies and regulations. This role supports financial inclusion and community development.

Formación

• Experience handling delinquent accounts or debt collection processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member outreach.
• Ability to analyze financial situations and document actions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, mail, or electronic messaging to bring loans/accounts current.
• Analyze borrowers' financial situations and recommend collection actions, including collateral recovery when needed.
• Assist members with claims and related benefits where applicable and maintain accurate records.
• Cross-sell Park Community Credit Union services to members while adhering to policy.
• Support legal actions as required and testify when necessary.
