• Analyze borrowers' financial situations and determine appropriate collection actions, including collateral repossession when needed.
• Assist members with filing disability claims and survivors' death claims for benefits provided by the credit union.
• Maintain accurate files and reports of all collection activity and meet department goals.
• Cross-sell credit union services to members.
• Provide assistance when legal action is needed, including testifying in legal proceedings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
