Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors delinquent accounts status.
• Notifies account holders and cosigners of delinquent status.
• Records payments made to customer accounts.
• Investigates disputed balances and corrects errors where needed.
• Identifies accounts needing additional personal contact for referral.
• Ensures security of customer files and delinquent reports.
• Performs other related duties as required.
