Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures; or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Notify and pursue delinquent accounts via text, mail, or calls.
• Discuss terms and collect overdue payments with customers.
• Document all correspondence and payments.
• Handle cash drawer, balancing and security.
• Travel to customers' homes to collect payments.
• Prepare paperwork for legal action when needed.
• Log activities and maintain CRM records.
• Support sales floor duties and CRM updates.
• Uphold company values and store policies.
