Responsibilities

• Process delinquent notices according to the District’s Rate Order.
• Follow a monthly and daily calendar schedule to create delinquent letters, door tags, and process service disconnections for each District.
• Review all accounts for payments prior to the notices being issued; verify notices early.
• Follow up on payment extensions and payment plans.
• Operate letter and postage machine to prepare delinquent notices for mailing.
• Coordinate with field technicians and customers via Teams or phone.
• Assist with customer calls during peak periods as needed.
