Municipal Operations and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Cut Offs/Collections Specialist to manage delinquent notices, disconnections, and payment follow-ups. This in-office role requires strong organization and time management while coordinating with customers, field technicians, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Process delinquent notices according to the District's Rate Order.
• Follow a monthly and daily calendar to create delinquent letters and disconnections.
• Review accounts for payments before notices are issued.
• Follow up on payment extensions and payment plans.
• Operate letter and postage machine for delinquent notices.
• Coordinate with post office and field staff as needed.
• Communicate with field technicians via Teams or phone about disconnects.
