Job summary

OneWall Communities seeks a Delinquency Manager to oversee rent collections and delinquency management across our communities in Maryland. You will drive financial performance by reducing aged receivables, improving on-time payments, and enforcing company policies with residents and onsite teams.

You will ensure process compliance, generate delinquency reports, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions that improve collection effectiveness while maintaining positive resident

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with residents.
• Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rent collections and monitor delinquency trends across communities.
• Collect and process payments and conduct proactive resident outreach.
• Update required reports including collection and delinquency trackers.
• Enforce rent collection policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle court notices and prepare required documentation.
• Establish and monitor payment plans within company guidelines.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership for process improvements.
• Ensure delinquency actions are compliant with Fair Housing and state laws.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in RealPage and related systems.
