Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Manager-like role to oversee deli, carryout, café, and cheese operations in Harrisburg, PA. You will enter orders, schedule work, supervise team members, receive and stock items, and ensure accurate pricing and compliance with SOPs.

You will lead food safety practices, train staff, and maintain cleanliness across all work areas while delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Food safety certification every 5 years
• Ability to communicate company policies and safety rules
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and maintain regular attendance

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies
• Oversee deli/café/cheese operations and supervise team members
• Maintain food safety and sanitation across surfaces, equipment, and displays
• Prepare and label food items, assemble displays, and ensure product freshness
• Assist customers and handle meat/cheese portions as needed
• Plan and execute weekly sales floor organization and basic loss tracking
