Responsibilities

• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members.
• Receive, store, and stock items; check dates and adjust pricing as needed.
• Assist deli, carryout, café, and cheese tasks as required.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across surfaces and equipment.
• Train team members and ensure SOPs are followed.
