Raley's in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Assistant Deli Team Lead in training to provide superior customer service while learning to lead a successful Deli/Bistro team. The role emphasizes product knowledge and delivering high-quality deli offerings.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain stock and merchandising standards, ensure food safety and sanitation, and support the store director. Must be 18+ and eligible for positions serving alcohol.

Qualifications

• Direct department personnel in the absence of the lead and maintain stock and merchandising standards.
• Oversee deli/bistro food preparation, serving and merchandising.
• Display deli merchandise per guidelines and rotate items for quality and safety.
• Meet food safety guidelines and sanitation policies.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
• Handle receiving and stocking duties and invoice auditing as needed.

Responsibilities
